Shipping policy

Depending on the type of transaction with Gulab Jewelry, you may choose different options for receiving your order via shipment. 

Fine Jewelry Rentals

• Jewelry rentals will have a $45 round trip shipping charge which includes all jewelry orders shipped to and from the customer.
• Jewelry rentals may only be picked up at your local FedEx where you will present your order's tracking number and ID to pick up your order. 
• We will share options for you to choose which Fedex location is most convenient for you. 

Fine Jewelry Retail

• All jewelry purchases qualify for free shipping.
• Orders above $250 will be shipped express and will require a signature for release.
• Orders below $250 will be shipping via ground and will be considered delivered upon carrier confirmation.
  
• Unless mentioned, most orders ship out same day. Certain drop-ship orders may arrive 3-4 days later than our normal servicing times. 
• Items above $3,000 in retail will require you to visit FedEx & pick up your order with an ID and tracking number. 

Gold Bullion Purchase

• Orders above $250 will be shipped Express and will require a signature for release.
• Orders below $250 will be shipping via Ground and will be considered delivered upon carrier confirmation.
• Items above $3,000 in retail will require you to visit FedEx & pick up your order with an ID and tracking number.
