Jewelry Rentals

• Rental orders may be canceled within 7 days of booking. For more details, please refer to your rental agreement.

Jewelry Retail

• Any jewelry purchases can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days from receiving the order.

Gold Bullion Purchase

• Gold bullion sales are final and non-refundable. Gulab Jewelry will be able to repurchase your bullion on spot price for as little as a 1% charge but do not process any returns or refunds for gold bullion due to the price fluctuation of gold.

Gold Storage Fees

• Gold storage fees are non-refundable but may be canceled upon immediate request and withdrawal of your gold bullion
